Ya learn something new every day!

Hey guys!

I experienced a new first today!  I also learned a lot from it!  I hadn't been measuring my water besides mentally knowing how much is in this cup or a water bottle is 16 oz.  I think that is why I experienced my first super hungry day!  I was decorating for my sisters baby shower (which is tomorrow) and realized I left my food at home!  This wasn't such a big deal but I went a couple extra hours between meals than I should have .  Because of my delay I felt like an hour after my third meal I wanted my fourth!  Then I remembered I hadn't done well with my water intake and drank a lot before my fifth meal and basically force fed myself that last meal.  Bleh!  I feel weird eating so close to bedtime but apparently it helps your metabolism.  I am so ready for bed!  Tomorrow is supposed to be my first cheat meal! Stay tunes!

What I learned today

  • Don't allow more than 4 hours between meals!
  • Drinking more water really does help you feel fuller.
  • Don't ever leave home without food!
